you can order a custom skateboard by heading to the custom tab on the Hayven Skate website and filling in the comprehensive order form, indicating your size, purpose description and images.

your overall design can be changed if you contact us before the main design is complete or close to completion.

How long does it take for a custom design to be created?
custom deck designs can take around 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and workload.

What if I don't like my design?
you will be contacted through the entire design process and asked for confirmation before your board is shipped to you.

Will the shop items always stay in the shop?
at the moment, all shop items will stay in the shop moving forward; some decks will be removed if they are a part of drops or collections.

Can you design and ship out large quantities of decks?

How are your graphics applied?
skateboard deck graphics are applied using the traditional heat press and cold press techniques, ensuring amazing colours and application.

It's not letting me place a custom order. What do I do?
sometimes, website databases can be tricky; common problems are embedding images. Remove the images by clicking on the "x," then re-attaching them by clicking the "upload images" button and trying again. You can also always refresh the page and start over again.

Can you return a custom-designed board?
we do not accept returns for custom-designed boards.
